After completing the readings for module five in relation to crime and psychology as well as the role of IQ scores it has become clear that regardless of all of the research which has been conducted by various researches that it still remains to be a fact that despite how low one's individual IQ score may be that the information presented does in no way explain or account for the great increase which has occurred in white-collar crime over the past couple of years through such companies as Enron and by such individuals as Martha Stewart. Although the text has proven that many of those which are prone to failure in education in response to their low IQ scores are in many ways also prone to crime,it still remains unclears as to why this particular connection actuall exists. May be there needs to be more research conducted on individuals of higher SES levels in order to understand their reasons behind committing such high levels of fraudulant activities which may be in response to their individual greed of the Id taking over and focus less members of the lower SES who have committed crimes and their low IQ scores.
